Screw jacks for high lifting speeds

The HS series model B with travelling nut uses bevel gearboxes as an alternative to the worm versions of the MA and SJ series. With bevel gear ratios between 1:1 and 1:4, higher linear speeds of up to 1 m/s are possible. The forces range from 10 kN to 200 kN, the duty cycle is up to 100 % and the maximum drive speed is 3,000 rpm. We can supply the HS ball screw jacks complete with servo motor and control unit.

The bevel gearboxes with Gleason gearing are available with reduction ratios from 1:1 to 1:4. They are lubricated for life with synthetic oil. The housing is robust and compact.
The HS worm gear screw jacks are extremely smooth-running and highly efficient. The torsional backlash of the output shaft is max. 10'. Backlash-free versions are available on request.
