The linear axes of the AXE (Efficiency) series are universally applicable modules that can withstand the constantly growing automation in production and the increasing demands placed on machines in terms of speed, precision, etc.

The clever modular principle offers various drive systems and different equipment and combination options. The rapid availability of CAD data and short delivery times are decisive factors for machine manufacturers.

Simply configure your single axis or multi-axis system yourself - you will receive the required CAD data promptly.

The single axis

The AXE linear axes are available in two different drive variants:

• AXE-Z with toothed belt drive (sizes 60, 80, 100, 110, 160)
• AXE-A with toothed belt / Ω drive (size 40, 60)

1 or 2 parallel linear guides with ball chain technology are used as the guide system for these standardized products. This makes them maintenance-free in the long term.
