The compact series with travelling nut

The worm gear screw jacks in the SJ series with trapezoidal screw are suitable for general tasks with loads from 0.5 to 100 tons. Fourteen models are suitable for lifting loads from 5 to 1,000 kN, and the linear speeds can be up to 85.7 mm/s. The maximum duty cycle is up to 30 %, based on a period of 10 minutes. Depending on the load guidance and speeds, strokes of up to 6 m are possible.

The SJ worm gear screw jacks have a monobloc housing made of cast iron (except SJ05 and SJ10 made of aluminum). The square shape is particularly easy to install.

The SJ model B has a travelling nut.

The worm gearboxes are available in reduction ratios from 1:4 to 1:36 and are lubricated for life with synthetic grease. The gearbox housing is cubic, robust and compact.
