With a large selection of series, a variety of different designs and configuration options, we can cater to your individual requirements with our Servomech® and Linear-Mech® actuators. With the ATL series, we realise actuators with lifting forces of up to 600 kN. The HSA (High Speed Applications) series is suitable for lifting speeds of up to 1,500 mm/s.
Servomech® manufactures both the products and the components such as spindles, travelling nuts, housings, etc. in a modern machine park in Italy. This guarantees short delivery times, even for customised requirements.
Servomech actuators are more robust than Linear-Mech linear actuators and are suitable for higher forces, loads and lifting speeds. Servomech lifting cylinders are an excellent alternative to hydraulic cylinders, while Linear-Mech linear actuators are ideal as an alternative to pneumatic cylinders.
Servomech® actuators / linear actuators
The electromechanical actuators / lifting cylinders from Servomech are very precise high-performance products with ball screws or trapezoidal screws. High forces and lifting speeds can be realised with these actuators. Actuators with ball screws are characterised by high efficiency and low energy consumption and up to 100% duty cycles. Due to their performance and identical design, they are the ideal alternative to hydraulic cylinders.
Linear-Mech® actuators / linear drives
The electromechanical linear actuators from Linearmech are reliable products for low to medium forces and lifting speeds. Commissioning and operation are well thought-out and simple. The linear cylinders are the ideal alternative to pneumatic cylinders. Linear-Mech actuators are particularly suitable for applications in which the position must be held under tensile or compressive load.
