EVOLASTIC® - Highly elastic shaft coupling and flange coupling
All-rounder coupling for a wide range of applications related to main and auxiliary drives in machines and plants.
The highly flexible, slip-free, and backlash-free shaft and flange coupling EVOLASTIC® can be used flexibly in various main and auxiliary drives in mechanical and plant engineering. The pressure-preloaded elastomer element reduces torsional vibrations in the drive train and gently absorbs overload shocks. Structure-borne noise is efficiently damped and offsets are compensated for axially, radially and angularly. Directly screwed-on and plug-in models are available The product range covers all practical installation situations and can be tailored to customer-specific application scenarios where required.

Structure and function of EVOLASTIC®
A slip-free elastomer element is the core component of the EVOLASTIC®. The torque is transmitted to the connections via moulded-on, vulcanized aluminium claws. The elastomer is connected to the hub or flange via radial and axial screwed connections. This design principle ensures reliable torque transmission as well as targeted initial stress in the elastomer.
